Report Highways Problem

Report a highways problem or make an enquiry on line.

Emergencies: please call 0845 6035633.

Highway Defects: report potholes, highway flooding, blocked gullies, overhanging trees.
Street Lighting: report faulty, broken or damages street lights.
Traffic lights: report a fault or any problem with traffic lights.
Traffic Management: enquiries about speed limits, waiting restrictions, road closures, road markings, traffic and pedestrian signing, and cycling issues.
Highway Enquires: ask a question about a highway matter.
